Unfortunately, I believe that with your limited understanding I really cannot help you understand what I have tried to tell you.
Perhaps someone else can.
Perhaps our Greek HP Expert @TzortzisG @can assist you. I can't promise that he will

.,.,
1. You can find Motherboard Specs in the next page.
- HP Pavilion 690-0024ns Gaming Desktop Specifications
- >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06034399
- Form factor: Customized: 24.9 x 26.7 cm (9.80 x 10.5 in)
- Chipset: Intel H370
- Memory sockets: 2 x DDR4 DIMM
2. You can see that it says "Form Factor: Customized", that means that this is a Special form factor, only built for HP Desktop Cases.
- This is not Standard ATX
- This is not Micro-ATX
* This HP Desktop Case is a very specific factory case that is unique.
3. In general it is not recomended to change the case because it will not fit with any other Desktop case.
4. But you can upgrade memory to improve performance in this Desktop PC.
I hope this information helps you a lot 😇
