i want to turn the rgb on my ram sticks off but i don't know how too.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Some RGB RAM talks to the MB. The MB RGB software would be used to control RGB.

 

Some RGB RAM can also be controlled using the RAM manufacturer's RGB software.

 

I have G.SKILL memory. G.SKILL provides RGB software.
