You can replace the 3.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
Something like this:
Because the SSD is smaller than the hard drive, you also need to purchase a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter so you can properly mount the smaller drive where the current drive is installed.
I recommend this adapter because it is the same size as a hard drive and the 2.5" SSD fits inside of it.
