@IalwaysneedHE1P -- your "repair" of your mouse may have accidentally crossed some wires, to cause "feedback" of electric power to the USB circuits on your motherboard, causing those circuits to be "fried", and never possible to be used at any time in the future.

DO NOT TRY YOUR MOUSE IN ANY OTHER USB SOCKET, ON YOUR COMPUTER, OR ON ANY OTHER COMPUTER.

THROW AWAY THE "FIXED" MOUSE.

thank you but I have a question if they were "fried" why when I reconnect the keyboard sometimes it works for a few seconds and I have time to write something

That type of "intermittent" response is not suitable to me, and probably is not useful to you.

Do you have any other USB socket that still works?

If so, see: Sabrent 4-Port USB 2.0 Data Network Hub with Individual LED lit Power Switches [Charging NOT Support...

to connect this adapter to that USB socket, and to provide 4 additional USB sockets.
