The only RTX 4000 with 16gb is the A4000 as listed here

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/rtx-a4000.c3756

The suggested power supply is only 300 watts.

Do you need 4 display monitors which is what the A4000 is sometimes used for?

Are you looking for a gaming card like the 4060 or better?

What power supply do you currently have in your 290 g4 ?

this minitower uses a custom non standard power supply in either 180 watt or 310 watt

due to the custom power supply there are no other alternatives at this time

so if you want to use a higher wattage performance video card than the A4000 card beemerbiker  mentions then replacing the current system is your only option

the RTX A4000 will only work if you have the optional 310 watt power supply
