i wanna buy a new gpu but i dont know if its compatible for my pc

hello i have a hp pc with a

hp 3397 motherboard 8gb ram core i5 3470 5

and i was looking to get a new gpu i was thinknig about either gtx 745 or gt 1030 will any of those be able to fit & work in my pc and if not do u guys have any recomendations

my pc is

Hi:

The GT 1030 low profile card will, but I don't know about the GTX 745.

The GTX 745 draws more wattage than the GT 1030...55 Watts vs 30 Watts for the GT 1030.

I have a GT 1030 in my HP 8200 Elite CMT and it works fine.
