keep getting kicked in fortnite because my connection is bad although im on like 10 ping and its happening for other games too

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Please type in: system information in your lower search bar, and click on the System Information app.

 

Look to the right of: "BaseBoard Product" to get your motherboard SSID number.  The number you'll see is likely "8704" (please verify!) which is the HP Dorado motherboard.
