Gaming system frequently have custom builds. it is necessary to know the type of quantity of memory you have.
The basic spec shows a single 8gb of memory with speed 2666 This assumes your product ID is one of the 4 listed here
If you already have one stick of memory I recommend you obtain one that matches it exactly. The part number can be found best by looking on the chip or alternately installing and running CPUz.
HP labeled used memory on eBay is reasonably priced usually guarenteed.
If you have both memory slots already used the problem becomes more difficult. Post back if that is the problem.
