idk what processor to use

I've had this laptop (HP ENVY 17-j110sl Notebook PC-ENERGY STAR) for a long time and I'm going to change the processor and RAM, but I have no idea what to change so that it's the best option. I want to put an SSD too. please help pe with a model of processor and some Ram. app: I can't open the laptop so I can't see the settings or install a program for this bc the laptop is disassembled and I don't have thermally-conductive paste for the moment

You can upgrade the processor to the Intel® Quad Core™ i7-4900MQ according to chapter 1 of the service manual.

You cannot upgrade the memory since you are already at the max of 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600.
