Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP ProDesk 600 G3 Small Form Factor Business PC, according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05381698.pdf, has been fitted with a 180-watt power supply with HP p/n: 901914-001 (915544-001) -please verify.
The problem with a 180-watt power supply is that you risk underpowering any decent (low profile) graphics card, such as:
GTX 1650 LP 4GB GDDR5: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-gtx-1650.c3366
AMD RX 6400 4GB GDDR6: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-6400.c3813
RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/rtx-a2000.c3820
There may be a compatible 250-watt power supply with HP p/n: 901760-004 (901760-002), such as this purchase option:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/155022384933?epid=8015828613&hash=item24180ddf25:g:rV0AAOSwrI5iFknP&amdata=.... Please take measurements of your current power supply and see if they match these dimensions: 15.5 cm x 9.5 cm x 7.2 cm (5.1-inch x 3.7-inch x 2.8-inch). Also, please check your power supply's "P2" power connector, and see if it matches the 7-pin connector (not necessarily matching the colored wires):
Reason I am asking for additional confirmation/measurements, is that HP cross-reference information is lacking.
Not to digress, but your desktop is compatible with an i7-7700K, the fastest processor available for an HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF, such as this User example: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55004002.

If you would rather not change out your power supply, and you would be happy with a lower performing graphics card, than an RX 550 LP Graphics Card 4GB GDDR5 or a GeForce GT 1030 LP 2GB GDDR5 would be compatible with your 180-watt power supply.
Installation of one of these graphics cards is a breeze, as shown in this useful YouTube instructional video: How to turn HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF into gaming PC with NVIDIA GT 1030 - YouTube.
