I have an HP AIO 24-0066 . My wireless HP mouse quit ao I purchased a logitech wireless mouse.
The HP wireless keyboard uses the same dongle as the mouse so I left the HP dongle plugged in and powered up the mouse.
I couldn't get the new mouse to connect to the HP dongle. When I removed the HP dongle and plugged in the Logitech dongle the mouse works but the keyboard doesn't. So now I have two of my USB ports being used instead of one. How can I get the keyboard and mouse to recognise one dongle?
Thanks for any help.
Ron

No, you have to use Logitech dongle for your Logitech mouse. Logitech mouse can't understand what is HP dongle saying.
Regards.

Hello
do you know if you have the universal connector with the mouse?
If you don't want to lose a USB port, maybe you can connect a compatible logitech keyboard to it.
So check, if you have the possibility:

do you have this type of receiver, is your mouse compatible ..
don't buy this without checking, but if you can, then just buy the compatible keyboard, then you can use the other usb port
