Is this a job for a novice ... installing a 2nd internal storage device, HD, SSD IDK?

Motherboard Specifications

you must have free sata ports
but check, because maybe not in place, you need a sata data connector that connects the hdd to the motherboard
And here, we see a particular HDD connector, for the HDD power supply, maybe not in place either
