interrupts windows 10 problem

Product: HP Compaq Pro 6300 Small Form Factor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have problem after installing windows 10 pro.
When I enter the processes, I have a use of 40%
I am attaching a file.
This includes the system - interrupts process.
In safe mode, it's the same.
What to do to prevent this process from consuming so much of CPU
please for help

ok - I've already dealt with it - first I hid the usb ports in the bios.
I started the windows and it was ok.
then I turned on the ports usb again.
and now it's everything fine
