Hello
i had this product for quite some time and i would like to do some upgrades on it, like the GPU and RAM while keeping the rest of the hardware the same except the power supply which is 500w.

You have RTX-2060 and 500 watts.
I would start here with the RTX-2060 and scroll relative performance to find the graphics card that has the performance you want. Once you select a card that meets requirements then click on it to find what the power supply requirements are.
For example the RTX-4060Ti is %165 (improvement is %65) and needs a 450 watt power supply. The base model need a special 16 pin connector so an adapter is needed. However, you might scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for other OEMs cards and some may be only 8 pin.
