Yes, the Intel Arc A310 is compatible with your Envy desktop TE01-0150xt.

 

Seeing that two main GPU manufacturers are included to have manufactured this card (Gigabyte and MSI) is further proof.

 

Make sure that you check the latest Intel driver version for this card: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/848516/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.ht....
