Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

is the xeon e5 2690 v4 compatible with the hp z440? i want to upgrade the xeon e5 1620 v4 in my hp z440 to a e5 2690 v4 or the e5 2680 v4, and i want to know if it's compatible with my pc and motherboard. cpu-z shows my motherboard as a 212b motherboard.
