I have a PCIe 1x serial card that is not being detected in my HP prodesk 600 g3 sff, I have tested PCIe ports, that same serial card is working in another non HP desktop. I have spoken to the manufacturer of the serial card and they have confirmed that there doesn't appear to be an issue with the card given that is is working on another system, the chipset on the card is ASIX - MCS9922CV-AA, are you able to troubleshoot why this card is not being detected on this system?"

Please understand that generalizations do not help.
1) What is the exact name of this PCIEx1 serial card. Is it listed / rated for WIN 10?
2) The other computer, does it have the same OS. ie (WIN 10).
BTW, this is the recommended serial adapter for your unit.
