HP All-in-One 27-dp0091na

hi there, I have owned the HP All-in-One 27dp0091na desktop for a few years now, it's been great however it keeps overheating and the fan is soo loud when I try to do anything. How can I change this since I think its because of the dust inside however i cannot access the inside

Hi @ezdubs,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Are you able to turn on the pc and go to your windows screen?

Have you done any changes to your OS recently, like upgrading from win 10- win 11?

If yes, go to this link and select your operating system and update to the latest Bios.

If that does not help, run the extensive test as mentioned below.

Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the f2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests > Extensive Test.

Click either Run once or Loop until error.

While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component is displayed on the screen.

If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
