I have lost the dongle of my keyboard and mouse 800 how can I use them ? 
Is warranty could help me to solve the issue ?

I understand you’ve lost the USB dongle (wireless receiver) for your HP Keyboard and Mouse 800, and you’d like to know whether this can be replaced or covered under warranty. I’ll be happy to guide you.

About the dongle

The dongle (receiver) is uniquely paired with each HP wireless keyboard and mouse set at the factory, so unfortunately, it cannot be replaced or paired with a different receiver. However, we can check whether a replacement set can be arranged under warranty or as a spare part purchase.

To help us verify your options

Could you please confirm:

  • Was this keyboard and mouse included as part of a desktop bundle when you purchased your HP PC, or
  • Was it purchased separately as an individual accessory?

If it was a bundle with your HP desktop, please share the PC’s full model name or product number (for example, HP Pavilion TP01-2xxx) in a private message, so we can check your warranty details and available service options.

If it was purchased separately, we’ll guide you on how to obtain a replacement receiver or set through HP Accessories Support.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.

Could you please confirm whether the combo was purchased separately or if it was bought together with the HP Desktop PC as a bundle?
