HP Recommended

All in One Desktop 12 gen on Windows 11 pro.  Every time I enter the screen password, a  'period' gets inserted before anything.  AND the period mark on the qwerty keyboard does not work as I type so i must use the period mark over on the numbers block on side of keyboard.  Anyone know how to correct this?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

The only things I can think of would be: to try all available USB ports and then try a different keyboard.
