Hi, I am finding it a bit inconvenient that with the new update of last month, the shadow of the keyboard is showing at the background of my display or the white screen, so what shall I do ? If you could suggest something I would be at ease. Thank You

Hi @ii2023,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you might be experiencing a visual glitch or software issue related to your operating system or display settings. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Restart Your Device:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve display issues.
2. Check for Updates:
- Ensure your operating system and all drivers, especially your graphics driver, are up to date.
- For macOS:
- Go to System Settings > General > Software Update to check for any available updates.
3. Adjust Display Settings:
- Try changing the display resolution or adjusting the display settings to see if the issue persists.
- For macOS:
- Go to System Settings > Displays and try changing the resolution or refresh rate.
4. Reset NVRAM/PRAM (for Mac users):
- Resetting the NVRAM (non-volatile random-access memory) or PRAM (parameter RAM) can sometimes resolve display issues.
- To reset NVRAM/PRAM:
- Shut down your Mac.
- Turn it on and immediately press and hold Option + Command + P + R for about 20 seconds.
- Release the keys after the Apple logo appears and disappears for the second time.
5. Safe Mode:
- Booting into Safe Mode can help determine if the issue is related to software or extensions.
- For macOS:
- Shut down your Mac.
- Turn it on and immediately press and hold the Shift key until you see the login screen.
- Log in and check if the issue persists in Safe Mode.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
