Keyboard stopped functioning when I added a new wireless mouse

I'm sorry to hear that your keyboard stopped working after adding a new wireless mouse to your HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0024. Let's try to figure out what's going on.

 

  • Is the keyboard wired or wireless, and is it connected via USB or Bluetooth?
  • Have you tried disconnecting the new mouse to see if the keyboard starts working again?
  • Does the keyboard show any signs of power, such as indicator lights, or is it completely unresponsive?
