I would recommend an i7-3770 for your HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF, and as far as a graphics card is concerned, you are somewhat limited with your 240-watt power supply (HP p/n: 613762-001 or 613763-001 -please verify).

Here are some low-power graphics card options:

AMD Radeon RX 550 Low Profile 2GB, such as seen here: https://www.amazon.com/PowerColor-Radeon-550-Profile-Graphics/dp/B09V2GYKPJ/ref=asc_df_B09V2GYKPJ/?t...,

AMD Radeon Low Profile RX 6400 4GB, such as seen here: https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Speedster-SWFT105-Graphics-RX-64XL4SFG2/dp/B09Y7358KJ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2TA...,

Other options include the GT 1030 Low profile 2GB, GT 730 Low Profile 2GB, etc.  Much depends on your budget, how much graphics power you want, and of course availability in your country.

Given the age of the HP Pro 6300 SFF, you may want to keep spending to a minimum, especially if gaming is your objective. If you have access to second hand (online/eCommerce) marketplaces, such as eBay equivalents, look around there too, including looking for an i7-3770.
