Hi, I need help with a warranty claim for my HP laptop.
I purchased an HP OmniBook X Flip (Model: NGAI 16-ar0013dx, Serial Number:Edited) from the USA. The laptop stopped working after about two months of use.
It is currently under active global warranty (March 29, 2025 – May 02, 2026), and I have already registered it on your website. I also created a case, but I haven’t received a clear solution yet.
I am currently in Pakista, but I can also arrange shipping to the USA if needed.
Can you please guide me:

Where can I submit my laptop for warranty repair?

Is there an HP-authorized service center in Pakistan that can process a claim for a US-purchased product?

If not, can I send the laptop to the USA? What’s the address and procedure?
