mi computadora me aparece la pantalla negra con el logo de HP, hace 5veces 3 pitillos fuerte seguido de 2 pitillos no tan fuertes, me dicen que hay que restablecer la BIOS entre a la pagina de HP y los controladores del modelo de mi computadora ya no estan disponibles es modelo 2015, y los necesito para restablecer la bios, y poder echarla andar mi maquina ALGUIEN podria orientar como conseguirlos y cuanto hay que pagar gracias comunidad
