Hi just have 2 things one is any way to make my gpu quieter because its very loud and i have tried cleaning the dust and from day one its mean very loud.2ndly i was wondering what gpus i can upgrade to because i want a 3060 and i want to know if i can get and 3060 or if i need a hp specific one, what the motherboard will allow me to do...{ex maximum vram, does it support pcie 4.0, max boost clock ECT.

I see that you are facing loud fan noise issues with HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1070m CTO.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
