Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp has a lubin motherboard with a m.2 expansion slot. my question is does it support 2280, 2260. I don't want to buy a m.2 without knowing for sure which size. any one who can help please do so. I have looked in the case to verify the slot. but can't see if it specifies the length of the m.2. it says it has two slots.  HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Lubin | HP® Customer Support

Answer is within this lengthy discussion.  The SSD that worked is listed in the last comment.  It is a 2280.
