We bought some HP 960 ergonomic keyboards. Although the keyboard is quite oké for its ergonomic use, we experience difficulties with diacritical marks (accents). Normally we use the ALT+.... for accents. This does not work on HP 960.
I called HP, but they didn't know themselves, nor could they help me with a manual. Kinda weird. Does anyone has a manual (other than the installation manual)?

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
From what I can tell, it appears that you'll need the HP Accessory Center software or "HPAC" App for short. This software is necessary to customize the programmable buttons on your HP 960 Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard.
This App can be downloaded from here: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9p87fcqvtc59?hl=en-US&gl=US.
This App is described as follows:
"The HP Accessory Center (HPAC) allows you to tailor the settings of your supported HP accessories to suit your personal needs. Use the software to customize programmable buttons to help you quickly navigate to your favorite apps, websites, and daily task shortcuts, adjust cursor speed, verify pairing, and check battery status."
