Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the maximum RAM (maximum quantity of RAM and maximum speed of RAM) supported by the HP 690-0010 (Sunflower)?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05950974/

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05939208/

The specifications state that the maximum supported RAM is 32 GB, but there are only two RAM slots, and it says that it only supports RAM cards of either 4 GB or 8 GB.  Will the motherboard support two RAM cards of 16 GB each for a total of 32 GB RAM?  HP support has told me it will, and that the specifications listed on HP.com are incorrect, but I am asking here for a second opinion before I buy the RAM to upgrade.

Looking at something similar to this (2X 16 GB = 32 GB of DDR4-2666 [PC4-21300]):

https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-2666c19d-32gis/

The 8 GB RAM that came with the PC is DDR4-2666 (PC4-21300), so I am assuming that will work if upgraded to 2X 16 GB?

The processor is AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (Raven Ridge).  GSkill notes that "on AMD platforms, BIOS might automatically set tCL to CL20" but I have no idea what that means.
