I have a HP All in one computer and in one farm it shows 2 of 2 slots used and that they are DDR3 16bits but in memory on the computer it shows 2of 2 slots of DDR4 64bits which one is right?

Here are the "Product" and "Motherboard" specifications for your computer. If you look at the section in the motherboard specifications titled "Memory upgrade information" you will find the correct information on the memory. This is the information that I have to use to answer your question. The motherboard supports "Dual channel memory architecture". Therefore, new memory should be installed in matching pairs to get the best performance.
I suggest that you open the case to see what is actually installed. Some AIO's can't be upgraded even though there is information to the contrary.
