Ah. I see now. Your Phoenix Envy 810-200 desktop must have the Pittsburgh2 motherboard. It does have an uncommon  DIMM slot setup.

 

I do recall asking if yours had the Kali motherboard. We could have saved time if you had answered my question.

There are no videos available produced by HP on removing and replacing the memory modules on the Pittsburgh2 mobo. I am also unable to locate any on YouTube. It can't be that difficult.
