hi please help! i need a pci memory controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A12&SUBSYS_283E103C&REV_31 and I can't locate thank you!

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

this worked thank you! when i went in to support and put my s/n #, the only driver that came up was the Bios, which i thought was very odd. now the device mgr just shows a pci device is missing,  i tried updating but no good. Tx

You're very welcome.

 

There can be a couple - three different devices Windows labels as PCI devices, when the driver is missing.

 

Please post the hardware ID for the PCI device, and I should be able to post the link to the driver you need for that as well.

 

It is probably the Realtek card reader that needs a driver, but I would rather be certain than to post drivers willy-nilly.
