Unit was taken to Paladin System in Hattiesburg, MS at request of Office Depot in Hattiesburg, MS where the unit was purchased on 12/26/2024. Technician at Paladin said mother board was bad. I called Office Depot back and they said to contact HP about warranty replacement. I keep making attempts to contact ANYONE at HP by telephone and on-line chat, but am unable to speak with anyone and keep getting disconnected. This has been going on for since 05/19/2025.

Hi @NPD174,
Welcome to the HP support community.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced while trying to reach us, and we appreciate your patience. We understand how concerning it can be to deal with a potential hardware issue, especially with a device as important as your desktop PC.
Based on what you’ve shared, the technician at Paladin System has diagnosed a motherboard failure, and you were advised by Office Depot to contact HP directly for warranty support. You’ve also made several attempts to reach us via phone and online chat since May 19, 2025, without success, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
