Whenever you deal with non-ATX proprietary HP motherboard designs, it is difficult to ascertain what PC case would be a fit. For one thing, generic gaming PC cases wouldn't work.
Anyway, I checked out the HP EliteDesk 800 G3 MT case, but that wouldn't work either, the SFF motherboard would not fit:
Generally speaking, HP's SFF motherboards don't fit in a Tower case and vice versa.

welcome to our HP Community forum!
The SSID: 8299 motherboard is the HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF motherboard, and it is not an ATX-power enabled motherboard, it is of HP proprietary design/format and only accepts HP power supplies. There is an HP 500-watt power supply available.
The type of case your motherboard was intended for would be an HP EliteDesk 800 G3/4/5 SFF case, such as seen here for sale for just $40: HP Elitedesk 800 G4 SFF barebones NO CPU/HDD/RAM B Grade | eBay.
