Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Mouse arrow is stuck in the upper left hand corner of the screen and cannot use computer windows seven operating system HP ProBook 6450B

You might need to check the Device Manager to see if there are driver issues.

 

You may even need to reinstall Windows 7 if that is the original installation.
