when I put flash drive into usb port on computer, computer does not recognize any drive.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB flash drive is not getting detected on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

Have you tested the flash drive on different USB ports on the computer?

Is the flash drive working on a different computer?

Have you tested other devices on the USB port?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
