my HP compaq 6300sff is giving 5 beeps with green light when you turn it on. after around 10 seconds the computer shuts down and powers back on then  after around 20 seconds all the fans start to run at full speed. need help!

It is likely that you have a hardware problem.

Power-off the computer, and disconnect the power-cord.

Remove all of the sticks of RAM, and put just one stick back into the socket. Then, try to start it up.

Remove the stick of RAM, and try a different stick into a different slot.

If you have an add-in video-card, confirm that it is correctly "seated" in its socket.

If the motherboard also has "integrated" video, physically remove the add-in video-card, and connect the video-cable to the "onboard" video-socket.
