Hello,
my OMEN was working perfectly fine. then one day I have made an automatic Bios upgrade. After the Bios upgrade, it was working fine, but after I have restarted my machine, it stuck in a reset loop. Now I cannot enter the Bios (I can't get to the windows screen), and it constantly restarts.
-additional information:
-my pc once gave me an error saying (during windows loading) 'critical process died' on windows 10, then it never opened again.
-to verify if the issue was related to my gpu, I removed it, and tried with 3 different gpus. no luck.
-I have removed every hardware from my PC (printer, 2. screen etc) and only connected one monitor, keyboard, and a mouse. still no luck.
- I removed the motherboard battery from the motherboard to reset the Bios, and it did not work as well.
- I have verified that all of the Gpu's are working fine on my other pc.
At this point I am stuck in a reset loop, and I can not enter the bios.
Do you have a suggestion for me to fix this issue?

Hi,
A bad BIOS update usually kills the system immediately. This HP Support site (Link) has some BIOS recovery options.
You have tried resetting CMOS. How long did you wait to reinstall the MB battery? I usually wait about two to three minutes.
You can't enter the BIO and you can't start Windows.
ESC - UEFI Startup Menu
F2 - HP Diagnostics
F10 - BIOS (Setup)
You may have to contact HP Support (Link) for factory service if none of the BIOS Recovery options at the first site (Link) works.
HP will reprogram the BIOS or replace the MB. Sadly, this service will probably not be free.
