Hi @segevmiz

Your PC's inadequate: component or chassis cooling conclusion is correct, Kudos.

When does this happen? Do you know what component is cooking when the PC shuts down?

You would have to provide a specific HP Product Number to see if it is possible to improve thermals.

Typical components that can overheat are:

1. Graphics card,

2. CPU,

3. MB VRM's or the Chipset.

I would think the fans are okay if all fans spin and you are not getting any fan error messages.

I am also guessing the PC was okay until recently, is this correct?

Regards
