I'm pretty sure that's the problem.

 

I believe the motherboard your PC has only supports NVMe M.2 SSD's.

What type of SSD did you install?  M.2?  If so what type...NVMe or SATA?

Also make sure you check that M.2 slot security setting and make sure the slot is enabled.
