Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey. I bought a new keyboard as I mentioned in the title and after I connect it to my laptop when I usually work at home. The keyboard is on but not recognized by my laptop. I tried many options on YouTube but it didn't help me. Anyone have some suggestions for me?

- Is it a wired or wireless keyboard?

- When was the last time it was working fine?
