Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Elite Desk  800 G1 TWR ,my machine can not recognize 8 gm ram. I put two 8 g module in it, Bios show total 8G?,i try to update Bios may have same help, But I found in HP the up to date bios ver is 2.71,But now in my machine bios ver is 2.78  02/20/2020???
