Existing documentation is lacking in describing the connections in the back of the tower. The docs that I have show distant pics and no detail and explanation of what that connection is for. I have searched docs and found nothing to be of assistance. I recently had issues with the monitor and this issue had me going back looking at docs for the desktop.... would appreciate any link that could provide this information. Thanks in advance....

your computer may have different configuration as mentioned in the link
normally you must have this motherboard
- 1 Optical S/PDIF-out port
- 2 LAN
- 3 USB 2.0: 2
- 4 HDMI
- 5 USB 3.0: 2
- 6 DVI
- 7 Audio: center/subwoofer
- 8 Audio: rear speaker out
- 9 Audio: side speaker out
- 10 Audio: Line in
- 11 Audio: Line out
- 12 Audio: Microphone
You can have different connectors on the graphics card, if there is one, but it is not specified here
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 745 4 GB
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 4 GB
- AMD Radeon R9 270 2 GB
