Hi:
You didn't specify what operating system you need the driver for.
This is the driver you need for that device if you are running W7.
This package contains the driver that enables the Validity Fingerprint Sensor in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor scans fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55109.exe
If you are running W10, you will need to manually install the driver because usually the auto install doesn't work.

You're very welcome, Azhar.
To manually, install the driver, download and run the above file.
If the driver installs, great.
If not, go to the device manager.
Click on the unknown device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp55109.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Cheers.
Paul
