That is the HP part number for the fan, not a serial number.

 

It appears that there are not any new ones advertised online in the UK.

 

You will need to contact vendors in the search I did to find one that will ship to the UK.  Hopefully the import tariff won't be a brick wall. The lowest price is in Australia @ A$13.75

Thanks, but when I requested the part, I got the message, "Sorry due to our partnership agreements EMPR only sells and ships within Australia/New Zealand and we are unable to assist you"

Then see the search I did and contact vendors.

 

You can order from the US as well.   I recall seeing the part available.
