The cooling fan for the Kidd CPU heatsink (p/n: 644724-001) has these dimensions: 80x80x25mm, such as this purchase option: https://www.ebay.com/itm/406411265423?chn=ps&mkevt=1&mkcid=28&google_free_listing_action=view_item&s....

 

If you are asking for a replacement cooling fan for the stock ATX 300-watt power supply (p/n: 859755-800 "Power Supply - GNRC, 300W Reg Gamay-S"), that is an unusual request.  You'd have to measure its dimensions -probably 70x70x20mm or something like that, and search for it in eBay.

 

Btw, the system fan (92x92x25mm) part number for your HP ENVY Desktop - 750-514 (Z5M38AA) is: 646679-001 "System Fan, 9225mm, Kidd", which can be purchased online, such as this eBay Seller option.
