Your PC has an AMD FM2+ APU installed in the FM2+ socket on your PC's motherboard .
You can only upgrade to an AMD FM2+ APU
The compatible FM2+ CPUs are listed at the following HP link. See the processor upgrade section.
Per you request about SSDs.:
Just about any internal 6 GB/s SATA SSD will be compatible, except NVMe types.
M.2 SSD disks are also not compatible.

Hi Goldfish,
The socket type of your desktop is FM2+
And the motherboard will support process upgrades :
eg : Kaveri Quad-Core A10-7850B / K
Richland Quad-Core A10-6700
Trinity Quad-Core A10-5700 and the like.
It will also support DDR3 memory modules.
Hope this will help you to make a decision.
Thank you for choosing HP ,
Regards,
Ashok

You may go for Richland or Trinity depending on the availability , since both supports 65 W TDP. As you know your desktop comes with 65 W TDP..
It is better to stick to same.

Ashok
