I had purchased the laptop from Mumbai lamington authorized vendor company name ARYAVRAT INFOFIX ON 7-12-23. HE DELIVERD THE LAPTOP AT HOME AND WHEN OPEN THE SAME I FOUND THAT MY WARRENTY SHOWING ME THE EXPIRY DATE OF 20-04-2023. (WHICH STARTED ON 21 APR 2022). NOW I CREATED THE CASE FOR WARRENTY UPDATE ON 9-8-24. WHICH IS AUTOMETICALLY CLOSED ON 21-8-24 WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND UPDATE REGARDS THE ISSUE. AND WHEN I WRITE REGARDING THE SAMEON X PLATFORM... THENY REPLIED ME THE CASE IS RESOLVE BUT EFFECT WILL DCOME IN 7 DAYS.AND TILL TODAY I AM NOT GETTING ANY EFFECT AND RESPONCE FROM HP.
hi, today i got the update from hp that my case is closed... without updating the warranty and without any representative came for resolve the issue.... this is not done from HP.
NOW WHAT CAN I DO? PLS LET ME NKOW
