Hi @njoyo,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Omen 25L desktop computer is not booting after a BIOS update, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Power Cycle: First, try power-cycling the computer by shutting it down completely and unplugging it from the power source. Then, wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on. This may help clear any temporary issues with the hardware or BIOS settings.
- Clear CMOS: If power cycling doesn't work, you can try clearing the CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) by removing the battery from the motherboard for a few minutes. This can help reset the BIOS settings to their default values and may resolve any issues caused by the BIOS update.
- Rollback BIOS: If clearing the CMOS doesn't work, you can try rolling back the BIOS to its previous version. This can be done by entering the BIOS settings and selecting the option to revert to the previous BIOS version. Check your computer's user manual for instructions on how to access the BIOS settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi,
I just saw this today.
Which specific Omen 25L do your have?
There should be a label on the back with the ProdID and complete product name.
Omen 25L comprises a series of desktop gaming PCs.

At the rear of every HP Desktop PC there is a product name and product number (also called Product ID). That is an HP standard.
Look more closely.
There are AMD and Intel platform based versions of the Omen 25L series desktop.
Which Platform is yours? Does it have an AMD or Intel processor?
