Product: HP Slim Desktop - S01-aF1005t

Hello, I am new to the community. When checking my hardware diagnostics it said that I needed to update it. It said to go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags. When typing that in there is no site listed. I don't know what else to do so I appreciate any help with this matter.
